Academic Research Center Partners

To meet our mission of supporting academic-community partnered research we collaborate with a number of academic centers whose investigators are conducting innovative research aimed at improving the quality of life of lower income older adults. L.A. CAPRA helps link these investigators with community partners who work together with the scientists to design, implement, and evaluate the research programs in real-world settings. Facilitating this bi-directional collaboration between academic scientists and community partners, L.A. CAPRA optimizes the relevance and impact of research programs in underserved communities.
